An incredibly well-aged single cask bottling of Strathmill from Gordon and MacPhail’s famous Connoisseurs Choice range.

This 1991 vintage dram was aged for 29 years in a refill Bourbon barrel, and perfectly showcases Strathmill’s light, fruity character.

The end result is a whisky with notes of red apples, marmalade, toasted nuts, pepper, lychees, lemon, tropical fruit, oak and subtle vanilla.

Bottled at a warming cask strength of 53.9% ABV, this is an full bodied and flavoursome dram.

Just 87 bottles were produced.
