A cracking, seriously mature Strathmill from Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength range.

Aged for 25 years in a single Hogshead cask, this dram was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2021.

The result is an incredibly rich and fruity dram, with notes of apples, pears, hay, grassy malt, vanilla, banana, fresh flowers, clean grain, old oak, milk chocolate, cloves and nutmeg.

Bottled at a pleasing cask strength of 55.5% ABV, just 198 bottles were produced.
