A belter of a blended malt from Old Perth, produced by Morrison and Mackay.

This series of blended malts pays homage to the whisky blending history of Scottish city Perth.

Bottling No. 2 has been aged in former Bourbon barrels, imparting flavours of sweet corn and oak to the whisky.

Drinkers can expect intense flavours of oaky vanilla, allspice, red apple, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, milk chocolate, cream, butterscotch, malt, burnt oak and toffee.

Bottled at a huge cask strength of 63.4% ABV this is not a whisky for the faint-hearted, but rewards patient sipping with plenty of robust and delicious flavours.
