The youngest of 5 very old Longmorn’s selected by Van Wees, and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2010/2011. This Longmorn was distilled on the 8th of March, 1972, and bottled in June of 2011. It was matured solely in a single 1st fill sherry butt, imparting an immense amount of sherry sweetness and fruitiness, along with Christmas-y dried fruits, and lots of dark chocolate.
