A lovely zesty orange-flavoured organic gin from the increasingly popular Liverpool Gin company.

Made in small batches by the Head Distiller John O’Dowd, the expression was originally created to celebrate his son’s wedding. His daughter-in-law’s home town was Valencia, which is famous for its oranges, so he including some in this recipe. A fitting tribute, as the gin is delicious!

This bottling offers up notes of waxy orange rind, orange oils, earthy coriander, cracked black pepper and bittersweet juniper.

Makes a damn good negroni.
