The sister cask to the legendary Aficionados Group “Hail Yak” selection, this Armagnac from L’Encantada was produced at Domaine del Cassou.

Del Cassou is known for using only Baco grapes in its spirit, and for aging in refill red oak casks to preserve the fruit-forward profile of its Armagnac.

This 1998 vintage is the product of one single cask, that was bottled in June 2021. The result is a spirit that offers notes of rich citrus fruit, plums, currant buns, toffee, some floral honey, tobacco, polished oak and vanilla.

Bottled at cask strength and without additives or filtration.

Only 512 bottles were drawn from the cask.
