A masterful collection from veteran blenders, Johnnie Walker.

This gift set presents, if you’ll pardon the pun, a Walk-through of the core Johnnie Walker line, featuring four of their famous “Label” blended whiskies in 20cl bottles: Black Label, Gold Label Reserve, Platinum Label and Blue Label.

Black Label is one of the most iconic whiskies of any variety, a blend of over 30 grain and malt spirits, aged for 12 years, it offers up flavours of spice, fruity and subtle smokiness. An all-time classic.

Gold Label Reserve is a newer addition to the Johnnie Walker lineup, launched in 1997. This blend is based around a core of single malt spirit from Clynelish, as such it is waxy, flinty and smooth, with a great creamy toffee note. A little more complex than the Black Label.

Platinum Label is another newer addition, first launched in 2011, it has become an instant hit with whisky connoisseurs the world over. This whisky is aged for a considerable 18 years, and has a rich decadent flavour profile, with notes of dark chocolate and dried fruit. A real cut above.

The Blue Label is perhaps the most well known premium blend in the world. It is said that only one in 10,000 casks sampled makes the grade to make this incredible blend. Based around a core of Clynelish, this is a soft, slightly smoky, and silky smooth blend. Believe the hype.

A truly excellent line-up of whiskies, that even the most hardened malt fan would be delighted to receive, this is a veritable whisky education in one box.
