According to local legend, Iceland is protected by four guardian spirits: a bull, a giant, a dragon, and finally, an eagle.

This gin represents the latter, and so fittingly is made using Icelandic water, and is bottled in the capital city of Reykjavik.

Made with a base of wheat spirit, the gin is flavoured with botanicals of juniper, ginger, angelica, coriander seeds, and orange and lemon peel.

A straightforward and tasty gin, Icelandic Eagle has a powerful rooty spice note, joined by earthy juniper, chopped herbs, citrus rind, liquorice, and stem ginger.
