A flavoursome and rich Norwegian barrel aged from Harahorn.

This small batch gin has been made with a recipe of Norwegian botanicals, including: juniper berries from Røros, blueberries from Nordmarka, rhubarb and bladderwrack from Grimstad, angelica from Oppdal and wild marjoram from Sunndal.

After distillation, the spirit has been matured in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 12 months, adding colour, body and complexity to the gin.

The final result is a gin with notes of baked berries, soft oak, juniper, dried fruits, flowers, citrus rind, earthy spice, coriander and dried herbs.

Delicious sipped neat - but also makes a weighty and powerful Negroni.
