A red vermouth from Grapediggaz, a spirits label from the Wu Dram Clan and Kirsch Import.

This vermouth is made with a base of Pinot Noir - providing a high quality canvas on which (mostly) locally gathered and processed ingredients play. These include: wormwood, bitter orange and rosemary, with cinnamon bark and cardamom coming from further afield.

The end result is a very luscious and rich vermouth, that delivers notes of pomegranate, rich spice, oak, vanilla, red berries, earthy herbs, bittersweet wormwood, flowers, red grapes, brown sugar, ginger, toffee and plums.

Makes a supremely good Manhattan.
