The spirit is known for its sweet, slightly grassy and meaty character, particularly shining in refill sherry casks.

Indeed, this bottling has been aged in a mixture of refill and first fill sherry casks, giving it a real richness of flavour, with beautiful notes of dried fruit, spice, oily nuts, meaty malt, caramel, vanilla, stone fruit and black tea.

Ridiculous value for money, a good old fashioned whisky from one of the best bottlers around.
