A lovely gin from Mediterranean inspired gin brand, Gin Mare.

This bottling has been inspired by the lemons of Capri, an island in the Bay of Naples, and was originally bottled to celebrate Gin Mare’s 10 anniversary.

The gin itself has been distilled in the Spanish city of Valencia. Botanicals include: rosemary, juniper, thyme, olives, basil, citrus zest, Capri lemons and bergamot from Sorrento.

The end result is a wonderful blend of sweet, savoury and citrus flavours. Expect notes of garden herbs, berries, lemon rind, olive brine, orange juice, spice and juniper.

Makes a superb dirty Martini and designed to be paired with meals.
