An independent bottling of a young Speyside single malt whisky from the little-known Dailuaine distillery. Aged in a bourbon barrel for 8 years (from 2008 to 2016), this whisky sounds very much like the stereotypical Speysider. That fact that it is bottled at 46% without chillfiltration and added colouring elevates it above your average Speyside whisky. One to try if you want to get to know the more obscure distilleries without investing a significant amount of money.
