A small batch Dailuaine single malt whisky bottled by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered collection.

This whisky has been aged for 13 years in a pair of Bourbon barrels, having been distilled in 2008.

The final product is an excellent example of the somewhat overlooked Speyside distillery, which is known for having both richness and sweetness.

This dram offers notes of honeyed croissants, brioche with raisins, tinned peaches, pear juice, some grassy herbs, toffeed malt, thick vanilla and subtle, slightly charred, oak.

Only 358 bottles were produced.
