A delectable rum liqueur from Cubaney. Despite the name, this company is actually based in the Dominican Republic, as the owning family fled Cuba after the revolution.

This Elixir is a blend of aged Dominican rum and Pedro Ximénez sherry, creating a sweet and flavoursome liqueur with notes of dried fruit, banana, tropical fruits, estery rum and brown sugar.

Great served over ice, this would work well in all manner of cocktails, with the sherry adding a beautiful complex sweetness.
