A popular Chilean pisco from Capel.

This bottling is made with Pedro Ximenez grapes, better known for producing a sweet style of sherry. The spirit is double distilled, to produce a characterful, yet clean Pisco. The Especial bottling has spent a brief period aging in American oak casks, imparting a light amber colour to the spirit.

The final result is a gentle, floral spirit with notes of vanilla, green grapes, slight green wood, bright stone fruits, bananas, fruity sweetness, a touch of oak and some gentle spice.

A great option for the classic Pisco Sour cocktail.
