This grappa is based on Tokai, Pinot and Glera (Prosecco) grape pomace. The distillery is based in Veneto, and uses steam distillation in alembics to preserve the delicate flavours and aromas of the pomace.

The grappa is held in steel tanks for 6 months, ensuring the full harmonization of flavour, and preventing oxidation. The lack of oak aging means the flavours of the grapes stay front and centre.

This is a fresh and floral grappa, with notes of wild meadow flowers, tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, apples, pears, peppery spice, white grape, vanilla and lime rind.

Presented in a handsome contemporary bottle, this is a well-crafted product throughout.
