A very traditional German gin from Adler, which translates as “Eagle”

This gin is based around a core of wheat distillate, and flavoured with botanicals including juniper, allspice, ginger, orange, coriander and lavender. These are distilled in a modern vacuum still at less than 80Cº, and aged in earthenware pots for between three to six months.

The result is a slightly coloured gin packed with flavours of cardamom, with notes of herbal coriander, juniper, ginger, some candied citrus, eucalyptus, mint, sage and touches of floral flavours.

Savoury and rich, this is perfect for making cocktails such as the Gibson or the Dry Martini.
