A rich and fruity sloe gin from English producers, Whitley Neill.

This gin is inspired by distiller Johnny Neill’s memories of foraging for sloe berries in the English countryside.

The gin is made by steeping the sloes for a long period (between six to nine months), allowing the gin to develop a more concentrated flavour. Whitley Neill also add less sugar than normal sloe gins, producing a drier spirit with a rounded profile.

The final product is a spirit with notes of jammy fruits, red berries, subtle spice, bittersweet juniper, citrus rind and cinnamon.

Delicious served over ice or in cocktails.
