A gin-inspired grappa from historic producers Nardini.

This grappa has been redistilled with juniper, alongside wild cumin and a selection of herbs to produce a complex, gin like profile. A little beet sugar adds body and sweetness.

The result is a perfectly clear spirit, that delivers notes of piney juniper, peppery spice, green grapes, some forest floor funk, white sugar sweetness, chopped herbs, mint and earthy cumin.

An excellent alternative to Old Tom gin in cocktails, this spirit offers greater body and depth of character compared to many gins. A delightful little bottling from Nardini.
