A sweet liqueur from top quality French producer Joseph Cartron, who have been creating fruit and spice liqueurs since 1882.

Based around a core of heather honey sourced from just 300 hives in the Landes area of south-western France, the liqueur has a complex honeyed profile with notes of heather, sweet honey, caramel, spice, stone fruit, faint woodsmoke, and vanilla. A sweet liqueur that manages to retain its balance.

This works extremely well as a stronger alternative to sugar syrup in cocktails meaning that it has a nearly limitless potential, working in just about any drink.

This liqueur was awarded a gold medal at the Spirits Business Awards of 2017.
