Another top notch bottling form Signatory’s Cask Strength series.

For this expression, they’ve bottled a 20 year old single malt whisky from the BenRiach distillery.

This whisky was distilled in May 2000, and bottled in February 2021, having been aged for 20 years, initially in refill Butts, with a finish in fresh sherry butts for 6 months.

The final product is big sherry bomb, with notes of oak, raisins, sherried fruits, chocolate, plums, cinnamon, walnut, honey, toffee, vanilla and citrus rind.

Bottled at a robust 59.1%, and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a rich and satisfying whisky.

Only 706 bottles were produced.
