A marvellous small batch bottling of Edradour’s peaty range of whisky, Ballechin.

This spirit has been aged for 19 years in three Manzanilla casks. Manzanilla is a drier style of sherry, produced close to Spain’s coast – which gives it a distinctive saltiness. This character is the perfect complement for Ballechin’s smoky style of whisky.

Drinkers should expect notes of sea spray, powerful peat smoke, liquorice, salted caramel, lemon, crunchy green apples, raisins, orange rind, dark chocolate, a little herbaceousness, coffee and wood smoke.

Bottled at 55% ABV, this is a warming, well balanced and fully flavoured whisky.
