This second release of the 1990 vintage Balblair is a deep amber in appearance. Drawn from American ex-bourbon casks and Spanish ex-sherry butts, this single malt whisky is incredibly richly sweet and delicately spicy, showing notes of toffee, honey, raisins and sweet vanilla. To showcase the flavours and aromas of this exquisite whisky, it has been bottled at 46% with no caramel colouring and chill-filtration.
